Our Journey

2011
Foundation – Harrison Uwata Girls’ School was established by UWATA with a vision to provide quality education for girls in Mbeya.
2014
First Graduating Class – Our first cohort of Form Four students sat for national exams, achieving a 98% pass rate.
2017
Expansion – New science laboratories, library, and ICT facilities were added to enhance learning.
2020
Advanced Level (Form V-VI) – Introduction of A-Level programmes, offering students a seamless pathway to university.
2023
Excellence in Sports – Our school won the regional athletics championship, showcasing our commitment to holistic development.
2025
100% Pass Rate – All Form Four candidates qualified for further studies, cementing our reputation for academic excellence.
